My meal was not as hot and the chicken on my sandwich was dry. My fries were also burnt. Definitely recommend checking your... food prior to leaving. I was rushing on my lunch break and didn?t realize this until I got back to work. Read more
Very good. Arby's always gives us a great amount of food. They had it out pretty quickly even though they forgot a sandwich they... got that back out quickly too which was nice. Although they didn't have any cups for the sauces out. And their lemonade was verywatered down. Read more

Service was fast but my sandwich was cold in the center. And our fries were not fresh. They tasted like stale potato chips,... which lets me know they had been re- dropped into the fryer. But im not gonna rip them a new one, because this is the first timei have ever got bad food at that location and they were super busy. Maybe they were just having a bad day. Ordered online just to get there and the lobby is closed so I waited in the drive thru for a good amount of time. Over 20... minutes in line overall. My ordered included an 8 dollar salad that was supposed to have honey mustard dressing and red onionincluded. I received no onions and no dressing. The brisket sandwich was thrown together. I had to tap on the window and ask forhoney mustard and bbq sauce and ketchup when I definitely ordered fries. I customized my order online for a reason. They hadplenty of time to make my order correctly. This salad is soggy and it?s disgusting. I love Arbys so I would recommend taking theextra drive to the Collierville location. Tried the burger. They only serve them medium well..????. why? Had a good taste, but...stick to the roast beef!
