I had the 6 oz. sirloin medium rare with double mashed potatoes, instead of steamed broccoli and mashed potatoes. It was from... their lunch menu. The service was pretty terrific. Thanks Jacqueline.You did a great job. And it all cost $10.99 plus tax, whichwould have been a pretty good deal, even before Covid! Came here in hope of having a nice quick mea- not the case. First off, everybody there moved and acted like they hated their... life. It took about 20 min to just get water- and another 5-10 for the other drinks, just to be told they didn?t have some ofwhat we had ordered 30 min ago. Food came with the wrong sides-after another 10 min. Appetizers came out after we had finishedour main dish. And I had to remind the waitress that we had appetizers (it was the 2 for 25$ deal). None of the five of useating got 1 refill on our drinks. Then we?re overcharged $17. Not worth the wait to have them figure it out. While you fill outthe receipt (tip) they stand over your shoulder and watch you. I?m not sure how they are still running. Read more
Look at the steak and you tell me how it looks. It?s one of their expensive Bourbon steak which has to come on a skillet, but... they decided to serve on a cold plate without even bothering to inform us. This dish comes with mushrooms, but you will havebetter luck finding Waldo than mushrooms on my plate. ???? Also, the ambience looked so dull that for a moment I thought ifsomething was wrong. So I?m a little disappointed my husband and I love Applebees we have been going for years we are from Idaho and just moved to... Tennessee this was our first visit to this location we were so excited to go and the service was absolutely horrible and theywere not even busy we waited so long for our change to come back that we got tired and left waited forever for our drinks andfood it was just lousy service never have I had such bad service at a Applebees in Idaho and we would go on busy football nightsand still got better service the only reason why I gave a 3 star was because of the food it was good like Idaho but that?s all Idon?t think we will be eating Applebees again till we move back to the North West Read more
Placed our order online and was given a pick up time to find out the order was not ready. We received our order 40 minutes... later. Not realizing my drink and sauce on the side was missing and based on this picture it appears that some of my broccoliwas missing as well. Meanwhile the broccoli with cheese container is plentiful. To top it all off, I live maybe 6 minutes awayfrom this restaurant and the food was cold. Read more

Out experience was excellent! We walked in greeted with a smile. Our food was excellent ????! I had 1/2 baby back ribs with... creamed potatoes & macaroni and cheese, husband had riblets, macaroni and cheese and green beans & grandson had a cheeseburger and fries.
