The service was slow, very slow. It took forever to get our drinks and food. The waitress didn't bother to check how things... were. My sweet tea had no flavor (not even sweet) it was like drinking brown water. My mashed potatoes were refrigerator cold.They tried to sit our family of 5 at a table that was made for 4. They were out of the yogurt for the kids meals and instead ofletting us know the waitress took it upon herself to choose something else for the kids (as it turns out my kids do not likeapplesauce) The music was extremely loud especially since there were only 5 other tables seated and the music had cussing in it.I did not appreciate that since we had 3 children under 10 years old. Not family friendly at all! I am hoping this is just alocation issue and not the direction Applebee's is choosing to go! Then to top it off they add 18% gratuity on the bill? Trypaying attention to your customers and earning your tips then you wouldn't have to demand it. Never again! Worst $100 I everspent. Read more
I should?ve known when I pulled into the parking lot and it was dead. I went inside and was greeted by the bartender who was the... only person working up front with another waitress running around. Long story short it had a weird smell when you walk throughthe door. I ordered a Long Island tea and a water . Both drinks had mold stuck to the ice cubes floating around. The table andfloor was sticky . It took an hour for me to get my food from placing the order and there was only 3 other tables there. When Igot my food it was lukewarm. Her excuse for the wait was the cook couldn?t find the shrimp to go with my order. ..Two othertables came after me and already had their food. Once the food arrived I wasn?t even hungry anymore. It doesn?t take an hourlike really.I just wanted the ticket. It literally took her 40 mins to get my ticket because she was too busy flirting with theman sitting at the bar. I was highly disappointed. I get places are short staffed but come on. Also the manager didn?t help. Hejust stood there barking orders while she and the only waitress drowned . This use to be my children and I favorite place to eat. But after last night we'll never be back. We waited an hour to be... seated. After the tall dark waiter wearing all black. Decided to seat customers that came straight through the door. Beforeeven acknowledging us. I had to walk straight to the short light skinned waitress after another hour had passed to see what wasgoing on. Before she agreed to put our order in. 2 whole hours just to receive food. Read more
I would NEVER go back to this place again. When we walked in it was an EXTREMELY big cockroach that greeted us at the door. I... only came to get the special on the $5 dollar drinks they had and it took the over an hour JUST FOR A DRINK! I asked for amanager and she came to the table with a story that didn?t make any sense at all. Not only that it was only 5 people in theentire restaurant so I still don?t understand why it would take that long for a drink. Bad service, I was strong at the bar for about 15 min before I had get the managers attention for service. Did not offer water..... I ask him for boneless wings appetizer and a blue moon. Wings were served hot and fresh and beer was cold too. But after dinnerI waited for my check and it took a while while to get my check. Not even one person on the floor? any customer could havewalked out without paying? if a server is helping one customer, he or she is only concerned about that particular customer. Absolutely atrocious! Took 30 mins to order, appetizer came out 10 minutes AFTER food. Waited for over 30 mins to get food after... ordering. Never got a refill on drink. Food came out incomplete or not as shown or stated in menu. I though I would give itanother chance after I was assured it would "get better". Never again! Read more
The food wasn't ready once arrived, the manager shared they were out of chx, I ordered online and the manager asked me what I... ordered and then forgot things on my order. 1st order of chx came out burnt and hard on my bowl and the manager fixed that, butwas out of Guac,I had to ask for cheese. I spent 12 dols on chx nachoes and received some bad tasting queso, chips and chx. Thesalad wasn't the best nor the bowl. The best thing was the desert which was missing the caramel, but I gave the 1 star becausethe dessert turned out being the best dish. Not returning to this location. Read more
The waitress was really nice and patient with my mom who was a little confused by something on the menu. She even mentioned that... her grandmother and her have a similar relationship as us which was cool for her to share. Only critique would be for them tohave coffee cups for serving hot liquids and to serve coffee. Read more
