If you want to wait 20 minutes for a simple order only to find your burger missing the hamburger patty, or you egg Mcmuffin... missing the egg this is the place. Hell even if you want to order a bunch of food just to have them miss half your order, orgive you the completey wrong order come on down, so far they are 9/9 on what I wrote above. Used my app and did not receive my coupon item. I also asked for a Mcdouble with only cheese. Was given a Double cheeseburger... with nothing but Ketchup that was oozing out the burger. I even explained it very clearly that I want cheese and patty. Read more
I love their Frappes but seriously they need to learn to fill the cups up more. This is now the 2nd time this has happened when... ordering this drink. When a person orders a drink from anywhere else its filled right to the top where the drink is almostpouring out but here it's like they are scared to fill it to the rim. Not acceptable. Read more
Staff are nice and obviously trying their best but it?s hard to get past the dirtiness and constant mistakes. Fries are always... cold and stale, you?ll be lucky if you get the right drink, and if the moon is full and the stars are aligned your food might bewhat you ordered ! Self-checkout machines SOMETIMES print the receipt, leaving you guessing what your order number is. Thoughwhile you figure it out you can be waiting about 25 minutes at the counter so you?ve got lots of time. Read more
I went in recently while waiting for an oil change at Canadian Tire. I ordered a coffee and muffin at the machine. Once again... the machine didn?t print my ticket for my order. I waited over 10 minutes to receive my coffee and muffin. I had to opt for adifferent muffin as there were only two selections left. I sat near the door at a little table and noticed the dirty tables andover flowing garbage. The staff seems super focused on drive thru and not dine in. There are too many flies, and my coffee had strawberry mixed in with it aswell, they also don?t put enough Oreos in the... McFlurry. Overal not the best fast food place in Melville Read more
I would love to say it was good but I just can't. I am taking in consideration that the workers are mainly new but burnt buns... and over cooked meat is not acceptable. Went back with concerns about off coloured ice cream and was told by a staff with literal hand air quotes it was ?normal?, fries... were cold and crunchy like Hickory Sticks, straws were forgotten and long wait time (not at a peak meal time).
