It saddens me to write this review. We?ve been patrons of Tom?s Steak House for the better part of 35 years. We were there last... night to celebrate my birthday. Our 4 entrees were subpar. The server was not attentive and exceptionally forgetful. When thebill finally arrived, there were 3 additional glasses of wine that were not served at our table on the check. When I attemptedto say something to the manager, he literally walked away from me as I was telling him the unfortunate incidents that occurredduring our visit. The whole experience put a damper on the evening and unfortunately, we?ve decided to never frequent Tom?sagain. This wrong could?ve been corrected, but instead they comped a birthday cake (which most finer establishments do), twocups of expresso and reversed the charges that were not ours. An attentive manager that listened to my concerns would?ve made upfor this horrible experience. Not acceptable. Read more
Came here for lunch while celebrating my grandmother's 96th birthday. The staff was really nice, very accommodating and did an... excellent job keeping up with pur large party. However, the food was just ok. I really wanted to love this place since the staffwas so nice but the food just wasnt satisfying. There was no flavor. I didn't finish my food because it wasn't worth thecalories. I'd give them another try but I definitely wouldn't order the same thing (Greek salad, grilled oysters). Read more
What?s happening to Tom?s Steak House? The atmosphere has changed? the restaurant is a shell of its former self. I have eaten at this restaurant for +30yrs. Never had issues with our dine in or carry out orders! Now that there is new... ownership/management the place has messed up the last three orders in a row. You will be lucky to get a partial refund nothingmore for the inconvenience. Never again with this place should tear it down like the come back in pub. Read more
DE-LISHHHH! Delicious ???? We ordered a NY Strip (med rare)& 3 Philly Steak Sandwichs and it was sooooooo good. Cooked... perfectly and the sauce for the baked potato was amazing too! Wonderful experience for our anniversary dinner tonight. Staff was so friendly and nice and the food was delicious. Gena was our... server and she was amazing! Also, Michelle the manager was so kind and welcoming! It was our first time eating at thisparticular establishment and it definitely won't be our last.
