I visted this establishment on Nov 27,2022 the ? Manager ? short Hispanic lady was RUDE she needs customer service training .... And leading a crew? Ordered from ubereats they decided to rush my order with crumbs of nuggets in with my fries and the bag was exposed and and... safety hazard as the uber driver could have put his hands in my food. I came 11/14/22 threw the drive -thru to see a female manager with a blue shirt yelling at her entire crew and talking to them... as if they couldn't do anything correct, she called one worker out of his name and the gentlemen manager was cussing in spanish, I walked inside to purchase more dipping sauces after only receiving 1 for all the chicken I have purchased and the femalemanager was so rude and disrespectful and had such an angry attitude I walked right out , im in this buisness and to see thetreatment of their workers and the lousy customer service is beyond rediculous!!!! Both managers eigther need to be retrained onhow to conduct themselves properly or they need to be replaced!!!!!! Yall should be ashamed of yourselves!!!! Avoid at all costs. If i could give less than 1 star, I would. I waited almost 40 minutes in the drive through line only to... find out that they did NOT get my order correct (even after I repeated it 3 times) the food came out cold and the girl at thewindow was blaming me for HER mistake on my order and doing it with an attitude and was not interested in correcting my order. Went to this place today asked about a extra charge on a family meal manager there (Claudia) has the worst attitude was ignoring... me and saying call my boss over a question why would I call her boss if I am physically there. Why have a manager with a nastyattitude and can?t handle the situation. I will definitely think twice before coming here again sadly to say we been coming herefor years but today was just not the day.
