Omg. First time here and I will be back. The chicken grilled sandwich ???? was absolutely ???? ???? ???? ????. The chicken... breast is marinade it in adobo rub, juicy, fresh, pickles, lettuce and mayo to top it off Gardiner or hot ???? peppers. But Ihad no mayo and it was juicy. Ozzie's has been around ever since I can remember having grown up 2 blocks away. They make solid sub sandwiches, the Italian is... great. I don't think I've ever had one of their hot sandwiches but I got my husband a Reuben from Ozzie's and he said it wasreally good. I can only personally speak of the Italian and American subs, which are both great. I took a star off because I'mnot a fan of the slots area in the store. However it seemed pretty popular so if you're into that kind of thing, their machinesmay pay well being such a decent crowd in there on a Wednesday night at 11pm. I also bought a bag of chips that ended up beingexpired. Truth be told, none of that would prevent me from returning. Mistakes happen and of I could make money off a slotsarea, I'd make one too. HORRIBLE sub sandwich!!! This is definitely not an Italian Eatery by any means whatsoever. More of a South-of-the-Border... truckers stop... I purchased a roast beef sub sandwich that somebody had told me about because it was so good. I got home andunwrapped it and water, juice, something.... poured out of the wapper. It is so disgusting I can't even look at it... DO NOTUSE THIS DELI! VERY BAD FOOD... in addition to the extremely bad sandwich they charged me $17 for it and a soda... I definitelywill not be visiting this establishment again! I just called back at the counter to inform the individual to let the owner knowto read this review and got accused of hanging up on them. VERY unprofessional individuals staffing location. Conversing inthat accusatory tone with "Yo" and "bro" to customers is NOT how you correctly conduct business. My ruben sandwich felt rubbery, im assuming that the meat was placed in the microwave longer than needed. It lacked taste
Just problem after problem with these guys. They can't get stuff right and the staff is rude. I mention the problems to the... managers and I just get excuses. No apologies, just excuses. Read more
