The guy working was great! I came on Sep 29 for the free med coffee deal and the offer didn't work, even though I hadn't used it... yet. Instead of turning the offer down, he gave me the coffee for free and was completely kind during the transaction. He andthe other female coworker, one with magenta highlight I beleive, not the one with fully pink/magenta hair, were working reallyhard on doing the orders in the drive thru and inside. I know some managers and bosses read these so please give him and thelady that was working with him a raise. Read more

Daily coffee! Luv it only complaint is I wish they'd train.their employees on how to make their drinks consistently the same,... different every time someone else makes my drink! But espresso drinks are awesome! Read more
Went in to pick up an Uber order and nobody came out to even greet me or anything. They were in the back room. Waited over 5... minutes. So I cancel my order to get in my car and see the next customer (in my rear view mirror) that walks in get immediateservice. Tf is wrong with y'all. Read more
Person who was taking orders, randomly stopped. Left a line outside and could clearly still hear them talking and wouldn?t say... anything. Mic turned off randomly. Waited for like 10-15 mins thinking maybe they?re in restroom but no one came out. I came toanother DD and several other cars had followed. Guessing they are still hiding. Why do they precook the bacon and finally I ask for them to cook the bacon a little longer when I paid for it and left, I got... the order. It was the same the bacon not done. Never again and they cut the bacon in half and give the other half to othercustomers. This is pitfall that mostly all company are cheating and stretching there food by cheating customers out of theirportion of food charging more money it's sicking that these place ran by people who are use to doing this to customers formaking more money. Every time I ask for cream cheese on they side they always put it on bagel. They lady who took my order in drive through was... nice. But the lady who gave me the food say any thing. I said hi, thank you, and have a good day! All she did was take mypayment hand me food and closed window. Read more
