Beware if you have a birthday party there, they will steal the gifts! We asked for camera footage and they have yet to release... it to us! We had to call the police on this establishment?I have videos of multiple staff members stating that this alwayshappens, that staff are always stealing gifts. Tried to call corporate but they just keep sending us back to the store?tried togive them time to provide footage and apology but so far nothing, we will be getting lawyers involved! I brought my kids here in their costumes since they're doing a Halloween deal when your kids go in costume you get a certain... amount of points/tickets but its only until the end of the month! The manager at this location I believe his name is Stephan, hewent above and beyond with his service. He maintained very well with the few staff he had even tho it is a Monday so I'massuming it's a "slow" day but still the team and the manager gave my kids and I a great experience. Ps.
