I notice they've been short changing me on food. I complained about it a while back. The manager agreed, said he could visually... see my point. I had ordered a large and a small and they were both the same size lol. OMG lol I've never seen nothing like it.The large was just as small as the small lol. Now they are right back at it. In some of the containers they give you, they donot give you the amount of food that you paid for. I recently bought from a different Chic-Fila and I was shocked at how muchfood they put in the container on the same item I always buy. They gave me so much more. This Chic-Fila in Melrose Park is astore that wants to win. I believe in winning too but win honestly. Don't short change the customers. Had the grilled club chicken sandwich. Paid $9 for basically a slider of a chicken sandwich that didn't come close to filling me... up. And it didn't taste that great either. Too many mom and pop restaurants around here to waste money and time on a fast foodplace like this. Read more
I usually get a chicken sandwich with a chicken soup instead of the fries. The sandwich was good but the soup tasted spoiled. Am... not the type of person to take the food because that's just how I am I'll just throw it away. Next I just won't buy. Read more

2020 recommended, COVID-19 precautions taken. The best chicken nuggets I?ve tried. Real chicken, not mysterious meat. I love the... salads with lemonade, the best combo! I don?t eat here very often, but when I come I use the drive they. It gets busy duringlunch hours but they handle it amazing. The staff is very friendly and helpful, everyone is wearing masks and practicing socialdistance. The staff takes your order and help you pay even before you get to the ?real drive thru?. or a fast food restaurant, this place is pretty good. Located in the Winston Park Plaza Mall in Melrose Park, obviously,... there's loads of parking. The food is good, better than your average fast food restaurant. I have had the breakfast sandwichand the cobb salad. I prefer the cobb salad as it is filling and you get your choice of several different dressings. Theemployees were very nice, including the gentleman who was cleaning the tables. They were also very patient as we had a gift cardand the first employee did not know how to use it, but did not get frustrated and was very cordial. There's also a nicechildren's play area that you can bring the little ones too and have a quiet moment outside for yourself. We both had the cobbsalad and sweet tea. The salad is actually one of the better choices, although I do think that it is a little expensive for aso-called fast food restaurant. The cobb salad is 8.45 and the sweet tea is 1.79. Our total bill was 23.04 which is on the highside considering there are a lot of other healthier alternatives. They actually get a 5-star rating for service but a four-starrating for the food prices.
