Horrible I ordered chicken nuggets and they give me grille tenders, no flavor looks like dry from frozen, and the chicken... sandwich they use cold bacon to prepared and the chicken don't taste good, we paid $20 for those. Expensive and reallydisappointed. Read more

Consistency...always....you will get the same meal you had last month or last year.. chicken with the sauces are wonderful as... are the ribs...love the dill potatoes ...mashed potatoes and corn ...sweet potato deserves a mention. Read more

After my daughter was fired in front of another employee by manager Maria Dill, I sent a complaint to corporate headquarters in... Boston. I was assured that my complaint was being investigated and I was free to call or email with any questions. I was sograteful for this kind treatment that I removed my negative reviews on social media (being fired in front of other employees ishumiliating and against the protocol of Boston Market's employee handbook). However, after politely following through with twoemails and two phone messages to hear the status of my complaint, I've been stonewalled by corporate. Crickets. So my negativereviews remain. My daughter had her wisdom teeth removed, got her dates confused, missed a weekend shift, and Maria Dillpublicly humiliated her. No mercy, no nothing. My daughter, a college student, was sobbing uncontrollably by the time I came topick her up. Don't send your young vulnerable kids here to be employed. Read more
