After my daughter was fired in front of another employee by manager Maria Dill, I sent a complaint to corporate headquarters in... Boston. I was assured that my complaint was being investigated and I was free to call or email with any questions. I was sograteful for this kind treatment that I removed my negative reviews on social media (being fired in front of other employees ishumiliating and against the protocol of Boston Market's employee handbook). However, after politely following through with twoemails and two phone messages to hear the status of my complaint, I've been stonewalled by corporate. Crickets. So my negativereviews remain. My daughter had her wisdom teeth removed, got her dates confused, missed a weekend shift, and Maria Dillpublicly humiliated her. No mercy, no nothing.
