I came here for the first time tonight and it was great. The bartender, Chelsea, was friendly and made great recommendations! A... gentleman next to me was upset that at closing time he wanted bread and they were out for the evening, he was very rude and shehandled it gracefully and was very kind. I will definitely be coming back! Read more

Definitely make sure there’s no moisture on the slick tiles floors or you will fall flat on your face. The food was also... awful. Too much oil and garlic, very little subtle flavor. Hard pass. Read more

The place was packed. Unfortunately a few of the meals were just average at best. The small portioned chicken parm was swimming... in sauce and the grilled tuna was raw. If it stated seared, that would have been expected and the vegetables that accompanied itwere scarce. The cannoli martini was amazing and the Fried banana cheese cake with caramel was fantastic. There was adiscrepancy on the bill as an extra drink was ordered and our server was just ok. We have been here before so perhaps this nightwas a one off. Read more

The best chicken parm I have ever had, and my husband said the same. We love eating at the Olive Garden, due to the vibe in... their restaurants, but as of tonight we don’t think we’ll be returning there. Giacomo’s was peaceful, and in a nicelocation, and the food was exceptionally fresh and hot. Only thing my husband and I wish is the bread was served warm :-). Otherthan that the whole experience including the staff, food, and menu, were excellent. Read more

Excellent food, excellent service. Must try. I have many food allergies, my husband does not. It makes going out to eat... difficult for us. As a chef I prepare my own safe food 95% of the time. I dine at places I can trust to take my allergiesseriously. Our server Sheila was great! Friendly, knowledgeable, and caring. The chef prepared a safe meal for me that wasdelicious ???? My husband's traditional menu item was on point. He has the Lobster Ravioli and his only complaint is he wishedhe'd ordered a meal to go. ???? This is a must try place. Loved it and will definitely go back. Read more

Giacomo has a nice ambience since the lights and colors are quite soft and dark at the same time. It is a good place for a date.... Food is mostly ok, but I really like my dish, the ravioli filled with sausage and a few other things. The brocheta was good. Iwant to try it another time to improve my review. Read more

Giacomo's had a wonderful atmosphere, and amazing food. Our server Nick was on point with just the right amount of attentiveness... and space. Try the Calamari, it's the best I've ever had Read more

We usually celebrate our anniversary with dinner in the North End, but made a COVID-safe substitute this year and got Giacomo's... take-out. Everything was amazing and still restaurant quality when getting it back home. I'm always a little nervous abouttake-out seafood because freshness and temperature can always be tough, but this was the best restaurant seafood meal I canremember. The to-go cocktails were also great (could just be poured right from a bag into a shaker). Read more
