Ordered a cheese pizza took over an hour and a half to deliver it, ordered another pizza a few weeks later and waited and waited... and waited so i called them up after an hour and 40 minutes of waiting. Little did i know it was left on my doorstep in thecold and soaked from the rain. Ringing the doorbell would be nice! Waited 2 1/2 hours for my food when I was told over the phone an hour and a half. Cheesebread sticks were undercooked and the... dough in the middle was raw. Pizza was warm at best. Never again!!! Read more
Food was burned both side.. cheese dip was so burned it was stuck to the pan. The rest of the food was very dry & so much dough... came. We did eat them but will not return for a long time. I gave 2 stars because food was ready really fast & very affordablewhich is good. Read more

worst Domino's store( Franklin St. in Melrose, MA) I experienced in 30 years. I reported an obviously burnt pizza. about all... half inch from the edges is black to the manager who didn't seem surprised and offer a fresh one that was descent. 2 weekslater the same thing happened again and this time the associate didn't seem to care and suggested that this happens sometimesand there is nothing we can do to fix. Domino's used to be known for addressing their issues swiftly be it packaging oroven...but I guess they found it easier to just ignore the issues as I find it easier to take my business elsewhere. I'm a former Noid...are far too much pizza during my three years working for Boston Pie and swore I'd never eat it again. This... was before the new menu changes. I took a risk and I'm thrilled. The extra thin crust with robust sauce make for a yummy basefor any topping. It's always done right and the drivers are polite and friendly. Yes, the cost is more than my go-to Melrose pieshops. Always late pick up ! My order like the others inside the store about 8 people ready but employees literally pretended that was... no one that over 15 minutes. One of the employees started arguing with a customer like very much ugly words , I had my son inthe store with me yo pick up the pizza , I had to leave , it was ugly . After 15 minutes everyone pizza that was ready to pickup was cold . Read more
