I placed a large order for a small party a day in advance. Shelby, the manager, made sure to put the order in correctly and... ensured I was charged the correct price and not overcharged as I was looking for a large pan of food rather than many smallpersonal orders. When she was unsure (she?s relatively new), she worked quickly to get answers on how to execute this for me!She called me the next day about an hour and a half before my pick up time to ask a clarifying question and let me know shestarted on the order. When I arrived, she loaded my car full with the food. It was all correct and very delicious! Shelby did anincredible job of taking care of me, even when I fully know my order was not ideal. Forces you to order through UberEats now where you can?t select the size of your pizza, or the toppings (??!). Who ever... convinced them this was a good idea is a hell of a salesperson. Way to screw up a good thing Palios. I?m ordering from PizzaHutt. Read more
Red sauce is really good. Pizza was excellent! Employees were very unhelpful. Looked like all teenagers working. Never checked... on us once. Girl with pink clip on hair was dressed very inappropriate. Left 1 young lady with long black hair alone in frontwhile others all stayed in the back majority of our visit. Read more
Everything we ordered was delicious! We had no wait time to order, took hardly anytime to get our food, prices were decent, and... the staff was phenomenal! We had never eaten here and was unsure about the menu items. The cashier was very helpful and spot onwith her recommendations. My son has allot of food allergies and if they didn't immediately have an answer for our questions,they wasted no time in figuring it out and letting us know. Ordered ahead for pizza delivery at 630. Had to call at 7 when there still wasn?t anything delivered. They said there aren?t... enough drivers and that our foods been with the one driver they have for over 45min. Then he said that we live to far away fordelivery in the future and when I called him out saying that we have had delivery from them 3 other times with no issues he wentback to the shortage of drivers again. As expected we received cold pizza and Marcos has won over our business in the future.Only reason I gave two stars is because there pizza (when properly warm) is good. At least if they would have offered a discountor something for our inconvenience I would have given them another try but very poor customer service. Hope others will readthis and shop elsewhere too. Glad your reply today was to offer a discount. Why not offer that last night when we called ittakes a bad review for you to try and look good? I am so glad I?m not in the restaurant business and having to deal with children running the front registers. I walked in on a... completely empty dining room with about five employees who didn?t acknowledge me at all. I literally had to announce myself andtell them that I was picking up an order they probably couldn?t hear me because a juvenile team was dribbling a basketball inthe kitchen playing with his long hair around the food. We have been gluten free for nearly 10 years and dairy free for 3 years, and have many gf pizza's in that time. This was one of... the best gf pizzas we've had. This is by far the best Palio's pizza we've had. So glad we tried this location. Read more
