Not sure why I?m giving two stars. They flavors are good and I would enjoy them if I didn?t experience 50% of bad service. Gone... over 10 times Half the time I have received bad customer service. Tonight was the last. We pull up to the window and we are theonly car in line. We are greeted very enthusiastically and then the boy turns away and talk to his coworkers. This happenedthroughout our entire order of five desserts Window server was carrying on talking with 2-3 others as we were placing our order.I had to stop my order and begin again several times to gain his attention. He hands one dessert and tells us it?s wrong but wecan have it anyway. It was actually 100% accurate. Two other desserts the girl was debating if she made it right and he wasn?tsure Then hands our last one that we are waiting for and turns his is back and closes the window. Hubby drives off? this wasmade incorrectly. Asked for Italian ice which is stated on the receipt. This dessert was almost entirely of vanilla ice cream.This does not work for somebody who is lactose intolerant. attention. The other workers were inside one facing the doors chainthe other was facing away from the doors talking to our order taker. Very chaotic atmosphere. My first time coming here and when I tell yall this was the best thing I?ve EVER had. No exaggeration. I got the gelatin vanilla... with cookie butter italian ice and cookie crumbles on top. It was soooooo good and creamy. My family got the pina colda, orangesmash, and cotton candy ones. Everyone was pleased and happy. Definitely will be returning. Read more
My first time at Jeremiah?s Italian Ice and I?m a huge fan. The selection of flavors are almost endless. You can choose between... Italian Ice, Gelati and Soft Ice Cream. There?s also a Layer-ins option to make your selection more interesting. I?m a hugehorchata fan and they have it on the menu! The taste is authentic and the gelati is super smooth. Ordered a small sour green apple Italian ice and a chocolate and vanilla swirl. The apple flavor was very good. It was a little... tart but sweet. The ice-cream was good but, the waffle cone leaked. Ice-cream was seeping through a lot of little holes. We hadto eventually throw it away because the napkins were soaked with melted ice-cream. Just a bad cone maybe? One thing I was a bitdisappointed was, not all the flavors on their website are available. Plenty of available flavors except 2 that I really wantedto try. Staff was friendly and very busy. Ask for a free sample if they don't have your flavor available or if you're looking totry something different. Read more
