Waited in the drive thru for 30 minutes and they were NOT that busy! I asked if they were short staffed and he said no, just... busy. Then I was asked to wait 5 more minutes for my food. My burger had an insane amount of jalapeños that I did not ask for,nor did my meal come with that. I mean like 20 of them! I think they did that maliciously. Will NEVER go back! Oh, and frieswere soggy and cold. Came back, no one in line, still asked to pull ahead and wait for 2 burgers. Still slow af 11/10/22 onlyperson in line. Read more

I visited the Melissa BK today and really don?t understand how a corporation can build a multi million dollar restaurant but do... not want to spend money on wages to keep the restaurant fully staffed and running efficiently. Please avoid this place if you are not white. My 3 yr old had to beg for a paper crown. We moved here from California and its... the first ever time in our life that my kid has ask for a crown in a burger king. Food tasted ok but will never return here. Read more
Everytime I've visit this Burger King either the workers are chatting and no answers drive through or something is wrong with my... food. This will be my last visit. There is no way to miss adding brown, old spoiled lettuce to a sandwich. Disgusting. Read more

On a weekend this restaurant had only couple of people inside and no car in drive thru. Literally for 5 mins no one was even... asking what do I want. The representative saw me on the way to kitchen but didn?t think I am waiting for the food. He wentinside and some leaving employee shouted that it looks like someone is waiting. Then the representative came out. After takingthe order he left inside and does not even have the courtesy to provide me the cup for drinks while I am waiting for thefood. I do understand if it?s a crowded place but for couple of customers included me this treatment is unacceptable and willnever visit this BK again. Read more
Pulled into the drive through, they had no burgers, no surprise there was no one behind me in the drive through and I was still... asked to pull up by the ?white line?.
