Went to the drive through for breakfast and they missed 2 items in our order, they looked at the receipt and didn?t charge us... for one of the hash browns with one of the meals. The guy rings it up as over $2, but we had ordered it with a meal and it ischeaper to add on a hash brown to a meal, so we were up charged on the hash brown and the guy was rude about it. Read more

Had the worst service at the Melfort McDonald's. Went in to order, paid, then told they didn't have enough of what we ordered.... We were flexible with changing what we would have and then they still messed up and didn't include something. Not the first timethis has happened. The manager is not helpful and actually rude. My family of 5 stopped in for a quick supper as qe were passing through. The two ladies working the front were absolutely... amazing. The one at the till was very patient as I had a two year old having temper tantrums while trying to order. The frontend woman was keeling my kids happy and entertained as I could finishing ordering. Nothing against Mcdonald's as a whole but the one here is not good. It's slow, with frequent mistakes, and quality that is all... over the place. The number of times I've been charged at the first window, and asked to pay again at the second window isabsolutely mind boggling. I will continue to buy coffee here, but I'm gonna be skipping on any food, there are better locationsin Melfort. Read more

It's a McDonalds so the food is what it is. The service is not bad either, but what make me rate so low is advertising. This... McDonald's advertises "24hour Drive through" and "All Day Breakfast" yet they close around 1 am and stop serving breakfast at 11am. Read more

When I come here; I get decaf coffee most of the time. I don't usually eat the food as often. My rating is in regards to... service. On average, decaf coffee is prepared and serviced in 5 minutes (sometimes sooner if it's already been made). But as oflately; I feel that they've been taking nearly twice as long to prepare the coffee; maybe it's ready and it's left sittingbeyond the service counter and I am being forgotten about. I often have to wait 10+ minutes with nothing but an apology for thewait. At other restaurants, they may offer a coupon for a free coffee if the wait is longer than 10 minutes. This is neveroffered to me anymore at this location. I've had other customers ask me why it took me this long to get a coffee. I guess whatI'd appreciate in the future are more updates on my coffee. I am often just standing patiently for my coffee. However, I amoften picking up coffee for other people with me and THEY are the ones to actually make a vocal complaint in the restaurant ifit takes longer than 10 minutes. That or I get a phone call from them telling me to hurry up thinking I'm inside secretly eatingfood or something. It makes the experience stressful for me but I try not to say anything to upset anyone because I know howbusy it is back there. My rating could improve if service improves or if longer waits are better compensated in the future. Read more

I like Macdonalds generally. No doubt this restaurant is suffering from staffing issues. 2 visits in 24 hour period. Didn't... have manpower to man pay window. Go there the next day stop at the first window. And no one at the first window again. OK, so Imoved to second window. They were dismayed that I hadn't paid at the first. That threw them for a loop. They have also had tomodify there 24 hour drive through hours, as well. They suffer from communication issues. And by mid afternoon, I've noticedthey are out of some the pastry items early as well. Kind of frustrating. Hope it improves. Read more
