After Reading some mixed reviews, we decided to lower our expectations and take a chance on this place in exchange for a table... with a view. After ordering and trying the seafood salad, i realized it was spicy. Luckily, the waitress offered to take it backand get me something else. The quesadilla i got in exchange was great. Came here for a dining experience on the ocean. The view is fantastic but that is where it stops. 1. Children are not allowed... upstairs. Why? There is a railing. 2. They had no soda when we went there so we were not able to have the drinks we wanted. Also, they had no milk and of course no soda but they have a kids menu???? 3. Our food was mediocre. The kids meal was $8. Mylittle one said it was okay. I ordered the Sand's Burger. I asked without blue cheese. It was supposed to have caramelizedonions, bacon and arugula (missing this). I got sweet potato fries and they were hardly warm and not really crispy. My meal? $19!!! My husband got two small ahi tuna tacos. No sides. $14. 4. Our drinks were alright but served in a small plastic cupsmaller than a solo cup. A daiquiri, peach tea, two apple juices about $33. Waitress was nice. I will give them that. I think this place is good for their drinks and the beach access, not their food. Service was ok, nice staff, but not super... attentive. The food looks good, overall it was a mediocre food experience. Their version of "bang bang shrimp" tasted like itwas store bought frozen shrimp, not fresh. Fries were cold and my kid didn't even like them. The "mixed" greens was just a pileof arugula, nothing mixed about, which took away from what the dish could have been. Read more
Came in for breakfast. They originally brought me what I did not order. They were very gracious bringing me what I did order... and profusely apologized. Live sitting there with a delicious latte and watching the waves. Also saw someone parachute down tothe beach. Beautiful morning walk in the beach. Read more
Went there for breakfast. Coffee was lukewarm. Ordered basic breakfast and eggs were stone cold, biscuit tasteless, dry, and... like those frozen ones, and grits were gelling before they could be eaten. Bacon was delicious and my friends potatoes werereally good. Staff friendly but misplaced an order, and checks were incorrect. All got handled quickly so no big deal,but.... Easy parking and a great view. Not a total bust, but mediocre experience. Probly not return. Read more
First off, being able to eat looking over the ocean is really nice. We were glad to come here for the view alone. But that is... about it. The food looked great, but I just wanted it to have flavor. Nothing about it was bad, but it was all kind of bland.The French fries are good here. It cost about double what I thought our food should have cost. If I came here again I would getan order of fries, a beer, and then enjoy the view and skip everything else. Read more
Fresh seafood with direct ocean views, not much more you can ask for. Definitely a casual spot with really good food. You can... either drive or walk up the beach directly to the dining area, if you?re staying locally. While the food and drinks are are notcheap, neither was the quality. I dine from local dives to seafood on Miami Beach and this is a phenomenal spot with greatfood, amazing views and excellent service. We went for a 1pm lunch and the place was packed but we got seated in under 10minutes and food came out pretty quick. Josh was our sever but you could see the servers were all working together to cover eachother?s tables and drink orders. We loved it and are going back tomorrow for breakfast. Read more
With a fantastic view of the beach from the top deck, this is a great place for food and drinks with a stunning view. Had the... blackened mahi taco, and it was delish. Finish with a frolic in the ocean. Read more
