Ordered a signature chicken sand which with no Zax sauce and I asked the cashier if it came with a drink, she said yes it does,... so as one does I expect her to hand me a drink which she never does. Go to website and give feedback and they don?t even ask for your contact Information so no plan for service recovery. Thishas gotten to be the norm for this location. Used to love them. My husband and I always order the 6 piece chicken meal and share it. About a month ago we went through the drive thru and... placed our order.. When we arrived home we found we had been shorted a piece of chicken. Not wanting to drive several milesback to the store we decided we would just mention it at the next visit. Last weekend we returned to the store in the midst ofa monsoon thunderstorm. My wife went inside to place our order for a six piece dinner. She asked to speak to the manager and ayoung man offered to help. She related how our last order was short a piece of chicken. He didn't seem interested in helping -I thought he might apologize and offer to make the mistake right by adding to the present order but he brushed her off. I got the signature chicken and I would say it was superb. I can actually say they have better chicken sandwich than Chick fil... À and I love chick fil à They also give you cookies ???? for your birthday on the app as well as free sandwich on signing upon the app. Highly recommend. Read more

I love the Chrisley's. So being in the south, I had to try Zaxby's and found it ok, chicken was good,, sweet tea was great,... fries were average, cookies were yummy, and coleslaw was fab. Still on a search for deeelish chicken! Read more
