The lady in the drive through was clearly unhappy with the life choices that have led up to her current employment at Wendy's.... Just sitting in the drive through mic being ugly to everyone with a face to match. Mad we wanted to order food. Ya' knowbecause who orders food, late night, from a drive through that advertises itself as a late night drive through right? How darewe trip trap across her bridge. Seemed to take pleasure in being snarky when she got to tell us there was no chili and no icefor drinks. Never got the food. Just left. McDonalds lady down the road was much nicer. My experience today was very disappointing. The food was fine, the manager on the floor was something else though. 3 times... she disrespected, yelled and talked down to her staff while I was waiting for my food. Didn't even bother to hide it. The wayshe talked to her staff was inappropriate and embarrassing to watch. My final straw to write this review was when the managertalked down to her staff, rudely asking one of them if they knew how to read because of a simple mistake and then turned to meto wish me a good day. I asked her to be nice to people... She didn't like that to much. I suggest not going here, unless youwant a good TikTok of poor management Read more

Is there negative stars for whoever the female manager was on 5/20/2022?? Most disrespectful, negligent, willful disregard for... the customer and customer service. Truly disgusting behavior today. Literally left an amazing, positive review days ago for theother workers/managers and you tarnished there reputation and there credibility. They can?t call you out but I will. The staff is great!! Some menu items are a little higher prices than I would like, but that's everywhere these days.
