Worst Wendy?s I?ve been to in my life. I?ve tried them multiple times and the food is always cold. The fries aren?t fresh they... are always clumped together and cold. The buns on the burgers are cold. It?s pathetic, these people have one very simple job andthey still manage to mess it up. I would never recommend going to this location!!! Read more

The fry guy was leaning with his back against the fry station, my frys were half full for a large, and they were not hot and... crisp,rather flat and wimpy! The counter person was perfect As she worked her magic, this Wendy's was a let down, even therefrostys were semi iced. Read more

Got served a cold raw patty in my burger in drive thru. Drove the 15 minutes back there and asked for a refund and a new burger.... Was told I couldn?t have both. That I could either have a new burger or a refund. I told her to just give me a refund then. Shewent to get another person and asked if I want a cash or card refund for my $8. I said cash cause I still want to go buy myselffood. She said since I paid with a card, the machine couldn?t give me cash. I said it?s a debit card and it?ll take a few daysto refund me back and I?m hungry now.... but she said it?s impossible. Put the refund o my card and at first didnt give me arefund receipt. I had to ask for her to print a copy. They acted like it was a normal thing. That raw burgers happen all thetime. They offered me a frosty to help my day get better...? Couldn?t refund and give me a sandwich. But could give me a freefrosty? Read more
