The food is typically good when I go there. However I don't go often and I always get the same thing. Today that changed. The... staff was friendly the waiting wasn't long seems how I was the only customer at the time. Today instead of ordering my belovedshrimp tacos I wanted to live on the wild side and mix things upon on my own. Usually my husband picks my food because I cannever decide. Today I wish he had of been with me to discourage my choice of frozen fish sticks. Yes, soft and mushy they never touched the frier and if the went in the oven they were under baked. I am 99.9% sure those came from the Walmart freezersection and the though slaw and pickled onions would transform or disguise the infamous frozen boxed fish stick flavor.Disappointed in quality, taste, and money wasted I tried to give it to my dog. Pretty sad location honestly and it?s sad because I live SO close by and it?s convenient, but I?ll go support a mom & pop place... instead. They leave stuff out of takeout orders almost every time. Then they gave me a free meal to make up for the last bigmistake and they put a TEASPOON of beef in my free taco. No napkins outside either. Have been in Melbourne since 2019 and had heard the food was salty so never explored on my own. Few workers suggested to go to... Taco Tuesday and it is a weekly event now. First time customer, might be the last time! When we got there we sat at the table waiting for service like most restaurants... expecting menus, courteousness, and friendly staff, but got the total opposite! We sat at the table and nobody gave us anyattention to the point we had to say something to them who looked like waitresses for them to tell us that we had to go and getmenus and walk up to the cash register and order! Long story short I didn't know if they get tips or if they knew they had toearn a tip?! And we're big tippers so we left them $2 and some change and they didn't even deserve that! I'm getting irritatedwriting this the more I think about it! Good was good but the service was garbage and don't think I'll be back and I'm fromTexas and this place doesn't take me back at all! Get better help, some that knows the etiquette of a restaurant and not cuzyour mom says you need to get a job! Used to love this place. Until today. Ordered a meal to go and when i finally got it home it was tiny and looked terrible.... Hardly any meat and the queso was chunky. Tacos seemed to be sitting in congealed fat. Definitely not too satisfying. Idk whotheir cook is nowadays but they should really have a talk with them. Read more

Not a good experience. The girl at the front desk acted aggravated when I didn't know what were the choices for fillers for my... burrito. My food came out and the steak was raw. I went for a refill and literally just asked for a refund. The manager cameand took my food from my plate. Saying that she had to take it from me to return the price of the burrito. She gave me a returnfor ONLY the burrito and not my queso dip. ( I ordered that for my burrito. ) Other than the NASTINESS of the establishment theCUSTOMER SERVICE was probably some of the worst I've encountered. Wow how gross and sickening. Service could have been a little friendlier. The place was clean which is a plus. Brought me my food without napkins. Would have... given five stars if there was a little more hospitality and napkins were brought to me. I usually love Tijuana flats, but ordered from them today and received the complete incorrect order. I ordered atom bombs and... two beef tacos. For some reason, the delivery came through with two steak burritos that I did not order and do not want, and ataco that had everything on it that I requested not be on it because my son will not eat the taco now.
