Very poor customer service from the cashier Jarobi R. at 2424 N Wickham taco bell tonight, he seemed very flustered about... something and it spilled over into his work. I had received the wrong order and went back to see if I could upgrade my meal towhat I intended but Jacobi's attitude quickly turned my stomach, and asked for a refund. Read more

This has always been my favorite Taco Bell! Order is always right and the food is great. I've noticed in the last few months... that the crunchy taco shells have an awkward taste to them. I don't know if the shelf life or packaging has been compromised,but the taste is strange. Maybe they switched taco shell brands? Overall good restaurant to eat from. Read more

I went thru the drive thru and ordered 2 Mexican pizzas with NO tomatoes. Of course, when I got home with my order they both had... tomatoes. I tried to call them twice but the recording said there was no one to take my call & it hung up on me. Read more

Just left there. Gave it back to them and told the young man at the drive thru it was made incorrectly. I then hear what I... assume to be just the cook yelling/cussing saying it was made correctly. They hand it back to me and say everything is there. Igive them the benefit if the doubt and took my food back (my mistake) along with the missing item that I had to request 2xbecause the insisted it was in my bag. (It originally was not). I get home to find this is what was made. Paid extra for moreprotein and potatoes. Barely any in the bowl. I would be more understanding if they weren't so rude and laughing instead ifaccommodating. Especially the guy who was just the cook and chose to make the situation worse with his ignorance. Read more

Ordered a burrito and 2 tacos and they were all cold. They made them in front of me as well which means the water temp or heat... temp under the pans is not being kept above temp. Meat should always be hot never warm or cold. It's fast food but they caneasily keep meet at temperature with correct monitoring. Read more

Asked for a double steak grilled cheese burrito and it was an instant regret. I literally got charged 6-7$ for this burrito with... only 5 pieces of steak in it. Not only that asked for fire sauce and I got no sauce at all. I understand it was late but if yourgoing to be open this late and have bad service just don?t be open at all Read more

I asked for no tomato, as my receipt says. And as you can see I had to still pick off my tomatoes. And I saw there was a manager... on the line making food. I'm not mad, I just ask that you guys read to orders more carefully. I'm a manager as well and closesandwiches at a Wendy's. I understand rushes and getting frustrated with other customers and other situations. But its still ourduty to make sue the orders come out right. I simply couldn't eat my taco because I could taste the tomato juice on it. Read more
