Total dissatisfaction with this location. My order was not as I requested so when I got home and realized it, I called and asked... for manager. Her response was not customer focused. She was caught up in an attitude of indifference and assumptions. Mydissatisfaction was not acknowledged or resolved. Read more

The food is FABULOUS, especially the tomato-basil salad. I gave it three stars because both my husband and my sandwich had... hardly any meat and the toppings were all piled on one side of the sandwich. We both had to perform sandwich surgery to eventhem out. (I got the frontega chicken and he got the steak and white cheddar sandwich). Again, tasted great, but barely anyinnards. Good thing the bread is equally as delicious! Read more

Excellent selection of bagels and drinks, staff is also very nice. But, gave one less star due to a having more than one... instance of dropping sour milk into my coffee. Maybe your night shift is forgetting to clean the canisters at end of day ormaybe they should make it a ritual to simply clean them all the time in between fill ups. Sour milk is bad Update- recentlynoticed they have added single serve refrigerated creamers and that it absolutely a remedy to my complaint so back to 5 stars.Thank you Panera Bread Read more

It's been several years since my last Panera visit. This was my first dining experience at the Wickham location. A lot has... changed--all (as far as I'm concerned), for the better. While the menu still retained old favorites, I found many "new" optionslisted (I am especially excited to see the inclusion of rice bowls!). My go-to, You Pick 2 order remained intact, but I wassurprised to see that the Frontega Chicken Panini now held "off menu" status, meaning you had to know of its existence tospecially request it. Upon hearing this, I was a bit hesitant to order, wondering if a lack of regular preparation experiencewould make it less palatable than I remembered. My fears, however, were unfounded. My Frontega Chicken Panini sandwich had moremeat, more chipotle mayonnaise, more everything, than ever. Fork-tender chicken, sizzling-sweet mayo, juicy tomato, garden-freshbasil, and zesty onions combined between two toasted slices of panini bread for the best take on the sandwich I have ever had.(I have to give kudos to the staff for being so helpful throughout the process.) Being a big fan of Asian-inspired dishes, Igave the Thai Soup a try for the first time. Piping-hot, with just a hint of yellow curry for full-bodied warmth, the brothboasted a bouquet of savory and sweet, vegetal and spicy (shiitake mushrooms, red bell peppers, edamame, lemongrass, ginger, galangal, and lime peel, to name a few ingredients). Served with a soft, crispy-baked baguette for dipping, the soup could beenjoyed long before it was cool enough for a spoonful. Last, but certainly not least, the Orange Cream Scone provided the finalflourish on my warm, savory meal. Just as mouthwatering as I remembered, this hand-crafted confection tasted like a creamsiclein baked form--floury-soft within, candied-shelled without, and melded with shaved orange rind for extra bursts of citrus on thepalate. My dining experience here restored my faith in Panera Bread, and a quick glance at the untasted m Read more

Not a complainer, so when I do there?s a problem. The orders weren?t totally right, no big deal. The cashier was super impatient... and had an attitude, we all have bad days. The bagel my husband got was cold even though it was supposed to be toasted, okay. But wow was this place DIRTY. I?m talking grease up the wall where they cook and on the ceiling panels. The floor was sticky. The trash areas and drinks areas were covered in debris, grease, etc. Our table was sticky and the high chair was slimy. Therewas a THICK layer of dust lining the computer on the edge of the counter where you pick up your order. Needless to say, we tookour cold bagel to go instead. Probably won?t be back.???? Today, I brought five kids to Panera and the experience was great. Our cashier personally brought the food to our table, which... was extraordinary! I was wondering how I would handle bringing five entrees over to our seating area. He went above and beyondand as a business owner, I like to see that! Everytime we come here, we leave happy. Thank you! Read more

Pending review Poor Service and attitude I brought home a loaf of Panera?s bread a short while ago. I noticed both the ends of... the loaf were missing (my husband?s favorite part) and at one end, the pieces didn?t line up like a freshly sliced loafshould. I?m wondering if the young man behind the counter with a bad attitude who waited on me had the nerve to do something tomy food while it was out of my sight. Could he have dropped it, or worse? His attitude during my visit was very disgruntled andhe had a good deal of animosity toward me, the consumer. He flopped the poorly bagged loaf of bread into my hands and I nearlydropped it. I won?t be returning to that local store and will be very suspicious of other Panera stores in the future. Read more
