While the food is on par with the franchise, they suffer miserably on service! I gave this review 2 years before posting my... conclusions. Today I ended up having to call like the previous 6 times to bring my order on curbside. I would go in, but taking3 kids in to pick up a bag is just cumbersome. Today when I called I said I was waiting for 30 mins and called 2 times. Theyfinally came out and said it must be the car. I read my receipt and it clearly stated my car description. We placed our order using the computers at the front of the store. The algorithm was well written making for easy to understand... ordering. The lobby was crowded but clean. The only accent that could be improved would be warm butter for toasted Bagels. The toasted Bagels are cold by the time we get seated and the butter is nearly frozen. Have been seeing your commercial on TV about the chicken sandwich. It looks so good but I will never eat at Panera bread ever... again and have not eaten at one in 5 years because there customer service was so poor and they were so disrespectful. Long storyshort morning charged me for tea and had none and would not take it off my bill and the breakfast sandwich was cold the managerwas rude. Stopped for lunch while on a trip. Ordered Chicken Avocado Sandwich. Taste overall was good but half of the sandwich had little... avocado that was green and hard. The other half had half of an avocado uncut and very green. Couldn't even bite through theavocado. Would have been a good sandwich. Read more

I give 5 stars because the Manager had excellent Customer service when I ran into an Issue, I had purchased 4 bagels at a... different Panera Bread that were to be toasted. However, I did not check my order until I was 5 minutes from my destination andI realized I needed them toasted so, this Panera Bread was the closest to my destination and the manager was very understandingin giving me 4 freshly toasted bagels ???? without any cost .
