This is by far the worst experience at this location. I mean the day crew is always on top of their game as far as quality goes... but whoever is in charge of tonight needs to be held responsible for this. These fries are burnt clearly and all I asked for wasextra salt. I know better it?s a game for u but people have to eat this so please fix this unacceptable mistake. Read more

I tried to order the mcplant burger but with regular cheese. They said They couldn?t do that bc it wouldn?t be vegan, but I?m... vegetarian not vegan! I'm a Doordasher, and from my experience, this McDonald's location is my favorite for picking up orders for customers. ... I have been to many McDonalds in the past 30 years, in multiple states, even other countries. From time to time, I?d come across... an error with my meal?no big deal?things happen, right? We?re all human, we make mistakes. But let me tell you right here. Theemployee who made this ?Big Mac? has absolutely no brain cells left. I?m scratching my head, puzzled?seriously like this is mindblowing. I can?t even comprehend how you did this. I?m genuinely concerned for your well being. I?m just surprised this employeecan breathe air on their own. I know some good neurologists just saying. The only upside to tonight?s experience was the icecream machine was working and I was able to get a chocolate shake. That machine counters the human?s error. Went inside for food. When I came out I was stuck behind 4 cars and two behind me as they were all waiting for food to be... brought to their cars.
