Despite having been discouraged to visit this restaurant by several people, we decided to give it a try because given the... opportunity, we like to support small local businesses, especially those native to us as a family. One star rating only becausethe place is clean, has a neat cozy welcoming environment, the (2) staff were very pleasant, our meals were served within 15minutes of ordering, and our -overly priced- bill (consisting of 1 entree, fried meat & crinkle fries, and an appetizer w/1canned drink, 1 bottle of water, 1 ‘natural juice’ totaling $89+ w/20% added gratuity, NO SEAFOOD ordered) was processed atthe table by us. I feel meal standards are very personal and different for everyone, but as Puerto Ricans, born and raised,Latin Flavor fell so very short of its name and did not meet our expectations in *flavor, presentation, quality or portion. Nofood was wasted of course, especially given the sticker price, but we will not be returning, nor recommending. For reference, wewere a party of 3, arrived to dine-in before 5pm on a Tuesday, no other patrons present. Read more

This was the BEST Latin food we have ever had! We used to live in Tampa and get pernil plates at various places, but this was... hands-down the best. So juicy, so flavorful, even the plain rice I ordered my 3 year old was flavorful and delicious. We willdefinitely make this a regular lunch stop every time we’re in town! Read more

Wanted to try a new place in the area. Came for lunch. 3 tables were busy and service was fast and friendly. I ordered the... lunch portion of rice, beans and pernil. The food was good but lacked flavor. I also order a can of diet coke. With a 20%tip, the bill was exactly $22.38, which I found overpriced for the amount and quality of food I got. Joey says, "I'll go tryother places " The next evening I tried Ven Pa'ca in Palm Bay. The food, also Puerto Rican cuisine, was delicious, biggerportions and a much better price. Joey V says, skip Latin Flavor and head to Ven Pa'ca instead. ?? Read more

Well if your a new york rican looking for that real ???????? food. This is not the place. The food isn't bad. Besides being way... over priced, for the very little portion they give. They cater to more of blankito. Taste buds. Yellow rice isn't Yellow. Thechicken is barely seasoned. And did I mention a very very small portion for the price. More like kid size. My search for realSpanish food continues. At about $20 bucks a plate. Read more
