I really like these subs; however, the restaurant is filthy. Floors, tables, chairs, drink machine. Old nasty food behind... drink dispenser, windows. Everything. This is the second time I've complained to no avail. I will NOT be back to thisstore. Approx 2:00 pm. When staff aren't busy with customers they should be cleaning. I regularly go to Jersey mikes and I made a trip today to have a #17 Philly cheesesteak and it was fantastic. Best cheesesteak... I?ve had in forever, and it?s a nice and clean store with friendly staff. Would definitely recommend if you haven?t had asandwich here, I?ve tried their other subs and they are just as good???? Bought two large subs, two drinks and two bags of chips. JM charged me $39.49 and then an additional charge of $17.89. Called JM... to explain the mistake and the young girl working said she sees it and identified they would return the cost back to my account.They returned $16.00 back to my account, so for the two subs, drinks and chips entailed a cost of $40.00 when it should havebeen $27.00. Honestly can't complain overall about the quality or the speed of service. I always order out and they're--ZOOM-- in and out in... under 15 minutes. The only thing I can comment on is that over the last couple of years, anyone I picked up a sandwich for thatordered 'extra' pickles always ends up with at most four pickles. I don't know if the sandwiches typically come with two picklechips, and the third is the extra, but I swear someone down there has it out for the gherkin menace. Thank God I'm not a geneticdegenerate that requires brine fermented vegetables to function, but it is peculiar. Edit: Thanks for the reply. Very good sandwiches made on fresh sub rolls, of your choice. We had the half sandwiches made on fresh parmesan rolls. The #13... is a mix of cold cuts and cheese, and do it "Mike's Way" with lettuce, tomato, oil, vinegar, salt, pepper. Wife had a #6, aveggie, made "Mike's Way".
