Been wanting to try this restaurant for a long while. Anniversary date night we decided to visit and glad we did. Tasted like... home. They have good sweet tea, fried okra, and fried freshwater catfish. These aren't common things down here. The slaw issweet like homemade. They even have a salad bar. My first time to eat here and it will be the last. The meat are smoked dry and cold. Love the salad bar though. Our family is in town from Michigan on vacation and decided to stop in to try some BBQ. I'm so glad we did because this place is... DELICIOUS. Some kickass Sweet Tea, the brisket was so tender it melts in your mouth and they have a salad bar which is alwaysawesome. The chicken was juicy and tender as well. The price was average, as the four of us ate for about 75.00, which is prettytypical for our fam. We will for sure be back every time we visit the area, if we don't go here a second time before we headhome! Read more
Pretty decent food at good prices. The smoked chicken was pretty solid, the toasted garlic bread was an extra nice great and the... bbq beans were great! The pulled pork and Mac and cheese was also decent. Friendly staff and clean tables. Read more
I chose to dine in here since I was close to it from the movie theater, I don't come here often but this time could have been... better. Service was not to blame, the baby backs just weren't very tender like they should be. Sides and bread was good tho Ieven liked the bbq chicken. Baby backs need extra care when cooking and I feel that didn't happen today. Read more
