The #1 issue with this Dunkin is inconsistency. The employees are not trained properly so your coffee depends entirely on who is... making it that day and not what you order. This is a failure on the managers behalf as they should be responsible for trainingall employees thoroughly so everyone has the same knowledge and experience to provide consistent quality orders. Go to anycoffee shop and order the same thing every day and you will get the same thing every time. But when you go to Dunkin and orderthe same thing each day, you never know "Is my coffee going to taste like water? Will they accidently use granulated sugar? Isit going to be white because they doubled the cream? Is it going to be black because they didnt put any cream??" I understandits low quality fast food but I dont think thats an excuse to not provide people what they paid for. People lose so much moneyover time throwing Dunkin in the trash because it wasnt made correctly. Do the math, if a regular customer spends $4/day for ayear thats $1460. If you lose 10 regulars due to inconsistent, poor quality orders thats $14,600/year loss. If you lose 70regulars due to inconsistent orders thats over $100,000 revenue loss annually. I visited via drive-thru last Saturday and I ordered 1 coffee. The cashier rang up 2 coffees and didn?t recite my order before... paying. I thought $10 for a coffee was a little steep, so I asked for the receipt. When I advised that I only ordered 1 andrequested for a refund for the coffee I didn?t order, I was told that I couldn?t get a refund because there was no manager onduty and won?t return until a few days. The cashier insisted I take the extra coffee as it was already made, but I had no usefor the extra. I am not local, so it?s not feasible to return for a $5 refund. It?s not the amount that makes me frustrated,it?s the principle that a refund cannot be made due to their mistakes. How many other people could not receive a refund do tothis? This place has gone downhill bad Ask for iced coffee with flavor it won?t taste like anything and will usually be warm The last... 2 times I?ve ordered the egg and cheese the eggs have been bad. They?re green or burnt. My daughter ate one and the next day hadsigns of salmonella poisoning and Dunkin was the only thing she could have gotten it from The people are rude. This location used to be good about 6 months ago. I understand training new staff so we were patient. Staff preparing the food... made the food and the associate then handed it to her coworker and that coworker didn't bother to call out the order number oranything and handed my order to the UberEats driver that was waiting on an order. My gut said I bet you that's my order but Ididn't want to assume. Finally I got up and told the drive thru associate who seemed the most capable to please help and hedid. Hot food order was remade and fine after that but start to finish a 25 minute wait for a take out order was just not ittoday. Entire staff should be retrained. Better customer service produces better reviews and then you might be happy to show upat your job. Negative reviews are not coming from a place of malice. Waited 10 mins for smushed donuts. Then was told ?it?s a corn donut it?s crumbly? as if I?ve never order this donut before.
I get 1 dozen assorted donuts from this place every week for the last 4 5 months. The place is clean and the workers are very... polite. The line sometimes it is crazy so plan ahead if you are there specially in the morning. The only reason i am giving 4stars is that sometimes the donuts seems they're older than 1 2 days and they are not fresh (only sometimes). Decent place with an ok selection.. very clean and the staff are friendly and pleasant.. they usually make a huge holiday... selection and have some reasonable offers of items.. wish they had a bigger selection of doughnuts.. it?s very bright if you goat night because the sun sets right towards the front row so expect to be blinded while waiting to check out.. Good during the day time, but every time I go to this location at about 5pm or later and order a sandwich they say ?sorry we?re... cleaning our ovens?. That?s something they should be doing when they?re closed, not while they?re open when hungry customers oncoming in.
