This is my Dunkin on my ride to work. Every morning I stop and get the same thing. I will now go out of my way to avoid it.... They don?t care if your coffee is made right and they are much busier socializing to give you any customer service. The drivethru window workers in the morning early are rude and inpatient. The coffee taste weak and it is never made the way you ask. Idrink Dunkin several times a day and I can tell if it doesn?t have what I ask for in it. Someone really needs to spend some timeon training their employees on customer care. Read more

Long waits and they run out of stuff and act like you're a problem if you want a refund instead of something else.. Dude with... long hair, that dropped food off, was nice while I had to wait and lmk what was up. The driver thru window folks and whoever theleader was that refunded my money completely different story like they all hate being there and it shows. Read more

This locations coffee used to be very good but as time has gone by it has gotten undrinkable. They are putting no effort into... making any of the iced coffees the way you order them. They will consist of primarily creamer, and the food is not much better.I understand that low pay = high turnover but this is clearly lazyness and cost cutting. Read more

Morning staff was extremely rude and I?m pretty sure the kid working drive thru (Bradley) was high. My husband and I entered the... drive thru at 11 am. One vehicle in front of us. We didn?t leave till 11:20am. Sat in our vehicle and had eaten our sandwichesbefore our drinks came out. The kid working the drive thru didn?t give me a receipt. We asked three times, then leaned towardsthe window and yelled into the window for a receipt. Finally it took another employee telling this kid TWICE that we wanted areceipt, the kid reached backwards through the window as if expecting me to reach into the store to take my receipt. Rude andunprofessional. Finally get our drinks, I asked the same kid for straws. He had earbuds in his ear and a Dunkin? headset. Weasked him again, blank stare. Then finally he removed the Dunkin? headset and said ?sorry??. We again, obviously agitated atthis point, said ?straws, can I get straws??. Then a shorter African American lady, sorry didn?t catch a name, came into viewand said in a very nasty tone, ?you could be nicer?. Words were exchanged with this lady, meanwhile the kid at window staringblankly at us. As we start to pull away, he ?woke up? and asked, ?I?m sorry is there a problem?? The doughnuts were stale. The chocolate glazed had very little chocolate. Very little selection. Glazed doughnuts were so dry we... couldn't eat them. We threw everything in the trash. Should have gone back and asked for my money back. Will no longer be goingto that location. Read more

Today we came to dunkn and two people called out short staffing this location. They rest of the awesome staff here did not skip... a beat, did not show customers they were stressed and got orders out quickly. They even made it a point to give my pupper alittle puppy whipped cup. Thanks for all you do guys day in abs day out in these times and still provide excellent service!! Read more
