Probably one of the nicest Dunkin Experiences I've had in recent months. The cashier was super friendly and well mannered. It's... not been unusual for me to visit other Dunkins and listen to the workers tell stores of their previous nights' escapades, someof which involve drugs and a lot of cursing, and a rather nonchalant attitude towards their customers. I had a schedule interview with Tammy. I was a general manager and have been in management for years, looking for something part... time for extra money. Customer service right off the bat was horrendous. They barely spoke to me did not greet the elderlywoman who came in, and I called and spoke with the GM five minutes before getting to the location, but when I arrived for theinterview they made me wait while in the backroom and then claimed she wasn't available. So, did she leave in the five minutesit took me to get there? Incredibly unprofessional even for a job that mostly hires teenagers there are adults there who shouldconduct themselves better. I stop at DD almost daily because my job requires me to travel around the county and this location CONSISTENTLY sends me away... with soggy hash browns and undercooked bacon. I usually don?t write reviews but it?s been years and this location still can?tfigure it out. Either get new equipment or teach your staff how to use it properly!! Asked for half dozen boston cream and can only come up with 3. I worked a DD years ago and ???? are made round the clock so... they're fresh. All the DD stores are all the same down here. They never have enough boston cream! Read more
Order a latte and there was so much microfoam making it a cappuccino. Dunkin training needs to fix the consistency in its brand... to deliver good coffee. Cheap coffee is not the solution. Read more
