Horrible customer service. Lack of communication. Each time I have to do business deliveries with this place for my clients it... is a disaster. I?m told by the employees to park and someone will be with me shortly with the food. I waited 30 minutes. When Iapproach them about the problem they act confused. They also have a number that Uber eats or door dash drivers can call to tellthem we are waiting on the food but NO ONE in chick-fil-a answers ever and majority of the time just goes to voice mail. What isthe point???? I will NEVER do business again with chick-fil-a , not only is it time consuming on my end and I lose money but myclients are dissatisfied as well . Food was awful..got 6 breakfast combo biscuits for office..EVERYONE said it tasted like old grease, no one ate hash browns,... chicken was stringy and greasy..THREW IT OUT! Read more
Not overly impressed. But I am not aware of a fast food establishment that would get much repeat business from me. Why must they... put pickles on everything? Being my first visit I didn't know they put pickles on a chicken sandwich. The drive thru was veryslow. The girl at the window had an attitude. I didn't know I was not suppose to talk to her.
