Absolutely horrible they were nice until I purchased a small cup of seven dollar pretzels. Then when I asked for Two fives... instead of a ten they told me no. I?ve asked for the manager she gave me a snotty look and said no we don?t give change here.Unreal not a good way to run business I will never purchased anything from any of these locations again. This is a great place for a quick snack. Live the pepperoni pretzel bites. They sell a bucket now for like $25. Which is nice if... you are feeding four people. The lemonade is tasty and the sauces are delish. Stop by for a snack and an ice cold beverage. Read more
Amazing pretzels, always warm and fresh. The staff is very professional and thorough. They smile and even greet my toddler every... time I go with her and are super friendly. Working in the food industry myself, I was very disappointed to experience a business that makes a customer repay for a pretzel... after dropping original while walking away. I was offered a top/bag AFTER paying for my second pretzel, but they DID NOT offer atop for my first. Working in the food industry I am told we apologize and get our customers a fresh batch, maybe that's onlysome restaurants policy's but it made me very disappointed to see I had to pay for the second time because it was accidentallydropped. Seems the place is ran by people that understand basic business mindset. If your pepperoni pretzels are best sellers than why... not have more of that item available...? They want you to pay them while they tall you it takes 15 minutes to make. Nope! Read more
