2nd time I've been there since they renewed the store. They've gone down in proper sanitary use of their silverware which could... cause allergic reactions to others, me im picky. Last time they used the same knife to cut my sub that they used on the subbefore mine that was loaded with sauces and didn't clean it before. This time I asked, "can you use a different knife to cut mysub" and she went ahead and cut it with the juices of the 2 subs before mine. All they did was wipe the knife on the sub beforeusing it, no wiping it clean or washing it or replacing it. So once again I have sub juices from random subs before mine on thesub I didn't want sauces on....very annoying for me and potentially dangerous for someone with allergies. I don't do reviews butthis occurs multiple times. I'll be going to a different one from now on. Read more
Always a good experience when I go there to get My Subs or order.

Please update your hours operation because online and the hours on the window at the store say you are open 8pm sunday?s and 9pm... mon-sat, but I can assure you, you were not open. I had gone at about 7-7:30PM twice and the store was closed, lights off, nonew sign on the door with updated hours, same old hours. I don?t want to give super bad rating because I?m not sure what thestaff is like but hour?s definitely need to be updated because it?s annoying having to drive there for dinner then to anotherplace. People are very friendly, however this is not like the subway of old. Something has changed about their menu, and the quality of... their food. I used to love Subway but now it is kind of bland and tasteless. I still go once in awhile at is it is convenientand quick and in a good location, but it is still just plain Subway food. Read more
