I waited 10 minutes past the time I was given and the egg and cheese was heated too long ( turned brown) flat bread and no... cheese on the 6 inch ham sub and no cheese on the spicy Italian salad. Read more
I worked for a subway once (not here) . Only customer and it took 3 or 4 min, to be waited on i could see the mom n daughter... just standing In the back talking, my bread was old and stale the sandwich was ice cold after being toasted it was not puttogether right so it was sloppy to eat, I absoulty love my subway sandwich and this one puked me! Can I give less than 1 star. I've ordered online many times. I think they screwed it up every time. Today, takes the cake. They... took my online order. I drove across town, picked it up, drove home, completely wrong sub. I was running short on time. I droveall the way back and asked for refund, she said "I don't know how to do that." While she is talking on the phone to her manager,but she'd be happy to remake the sub after she helps the other 20 people in line. NEVER AGAIN. AVOID THIS SUBWAY AT ALL COST. We went here on break during work. Our sandwiches were stale. My sandwich in my chicken was cold when asked for it to be... toasted. I ordered a cookie and she didn't give me my cookie i had to ask for it myself . So we payed for our stuff and theycame to our table and was yelling at my friend for not paying for her chips when at the register she asked for a bag of chips.Meanwhile neither of us received our receipts so when she came out yelling at us in front of everybody making it seem like westole witch we would never. One night after Ultimate Frisbee 6/1/2011 @ 7:30pm i was on my way to Medina Community Church i stopped by the subway at this... location and ordered a Turkey, Bacon Avocado This is interested they gave me Guacamole instead of Avocado on foot long. When iopened up my Sub it did not look tasty at all, did not taste good. that next day i did not feel that good at all. The sadthing is i had to eat it with a Fork and knife. If your in the Area of this subway and looking for some where to get lunch, etci would Not recommend stopping at this location like i did. All of the girls that made this place better, and improved the food turned over in the last 4 months of 2021. They were really... efficient but they're gone? They need to: 1. Kick Subway out & replace it with Yorktown subs & wings 2. Make better use ofcounter space; keep the riff-raff out 3/4 of the year that are non-paying middle school brats 3. Coffee, Krispy Kremes & hotdogs are typical but take up space. You can combine & condense with a little construction. Put high tops next to windows Read more
