Music was loud and annoying. Is the coffee house dead? Are people going there to dance? Cool Beans is a better choice.
I just had the nicest interaction with the cashier this morning. She was so kind and friendly, and I was having a rough morning.... She had the cutest ghost/pumpkin earrings on because pumpkin flavor launches today, and it was a great change of pace to a roughmorning. Thank you!! Read more
I come here quite often and every single time the service is quick and extremely polite! I usually go through the drive-thru and... the woman who greets you at the window is always the most sweet person! Everyone is kind and it seems to care about yourindividual order! I love it here and come often. But when you mobile order 20 min in advanced , then still have to wait 20 minutes? somethings... wrong there. Also saw my drink filled behind the counter with no lid on it for a good 5 minutes Read more
I love the staff here. They're all sweet and never mess up my drink order. Only "coffee" ill drink is a frappe and the... breakfast tomato basil sandwich is always hot and ready to eat. The chocolate cake pops are delicious according to my toddler'sface afterwards. The line is pretty speedy as well. Not much of a wait to get a coffee and sandwich and get to work on time. Read more

Went inside because drive thru of course was busy. Starbucks really has the whole idea of a Frappuccino down to a science.... Medina store was clean and cozy. All they are missing is a fireplace for those winter months. Read more
