Mobile order. Waited in the drive thru for 40+ min. (4 cars ahead of me). I think only 1 worker. Fries were hard, dry and not... edible. Worker was pleasant, esp considering he was flying solo. Would've been better off just closing the store for the night. Read more
We ordered from the kiosk which had no paper and didn't give a receipt. While waiting for our meals, we saw advertising on the... order boards about buy one, get one free. We had ordered a Big Mac and a Quarter Pounder with Cheese which were among thesandwiches advertised for the deal. We asked about it but didn't get any money back. When our sandwiches were brought to us,they were room temperature so my husband asked for fresh sandwiches. His sandwich had even been a special order and was stillcold. When he went up to the counter, no one acknowledged him even though they were only a few feet away from him. He waited abit then had to call someone over. The only napkin dispenser was empty and wasn't filled, even after we mentioned it. We toresome paper towels off of a roll on the counter by the cash register. The bins for salt, pepper, etc. were almost empty (we took2 of the last 3 salt packets). The restaurant was NOT busy during this entire time. The restroom was clean. Read more
We love our McDonalds! Stopped for lunch before visiting the Medina County Fairgrounds. Very clean and modern. Great friendly... quality service and great food as expected. Thanks to the Guardians stealing a base last night and the McDonalds app, we enjoyedour free 6 pc chicken nugget! Read more
I normally don't stop at this Mcdonald's because it's not the closest to me but today I'm on a little road trip and it seemed... convenient. Usually the nice thing about McDonald's as a restaurant is they're pretty much the same no matter where you go,with the exception of say, Canada. This trip for me turned out a little unexpected. They're frappe machine was down. Thedouble cheeseburger MEAL that I ordered didn't even come with French fries. And despite ordering a strawberry cream pie totry, they gave me an apple pie instead. And I know it's my job to double check everything in the bag before I leave. Buttoday I'm short on time, so my bad. The good news I guess is I didn't eat any French fries, which come from the potato, a partof the night shade family of plants. And the fact that I didn't get my strawberry cream pie I guess no loss there, as theApple pie was actually quite good. Read more
Ordered two bacon egg and cheese bagels with a hash brown after a night shift. Employees at both windows seemed kind. This... location is being renovated so I had to be careful exiting the parking lot lest I pop a tire. Waited until I got home to sit atthe table like a civilized adult to open the bag. Sandwiches were built similarly, they were almost twins. All the food wasstill warm. If you subtract the fryer oil from the hash browns I would eat this every morning. Read more
Ordered a Filet O Fish sandwich and small fries. The sandwich was HORRIBLE. Because the small amount of cheese was stuck to... the BOTTOM of the sandwich, not in it. There was barely any tartar sauce either. Disappointing to say the least. The frieswere delicious though. Read more
I ordered two half cut sweet teas with extra ice. They barely had any ice. Before I was even done ordering the food she closed... the order so I had to order at the window when I paid the remaining order. I ordered a fish sandwich meal with extra pickle onthe fish sandwich when we got the food it was just a fish sandwich no fries. I understand fast food but before closing it out itwould be good to say is there anything else that I can get you today. Because if you pause the thing about what you're gettingthey close out the order. I also ordered a large iced coffee with double cream and caramel flavoring the coffee had no liquidsugar no caramel flavoring and barely had ice in it as well. It's a shame when you send 23 or $24 and you can't get your foodthe way that you ask for it. Read more
Quick Drive through, best breakfast sandwich at any major fast food chain steak egg and cheese bagel delicious. Great job.
