The team leader, Rhonda, had a lot to say the last two times I went to this location. My hashbrown bites were forgotten in the... drive through so I went inside, waited my turn in the long slow line, finally made it to the counter to politely ask for mymissing bites. ?Why are you asking me, ask them? said Rhonda, the team leader, as she pointed to her crew members at the pickupstation. So I go over and I get drilled with questions almost as if I?m lying about the hashbrown bites. When they finally foundmy order and realized I did indeed order them and they made a mistake, I was given my hashbrown bites to find 4 in total, thatwere all burnt. Whatever, I go on about my day. Today we went to get dunkin to kickstart our road trip. We go inside to begreeted by the same Rhonda, the 55 year old team leader. We order our coffee and wait at the pickup. After ordering a new drinkwe were unsure if the coffee was ours so we asked to make sure ONLY to be told by THE RHONDA THE TEAM LEADER, ?can you read??Anyways. Usually I go to this location every morning before work, this morning I accidently ordered using walkin on my mobile app and I... went to pick up in the drive thru. I could hear the manager inside yelling about how I ordering walkin while in the drive thru,she was very loud and very rude and then continued to yell about it while the lady at the window was trying to explain to mewhat happened. Everytime I go in there that manager is yelling and being rude and always talking about how she needs alcohol. Ihope they do something about this. Read more
Awesome. Nice, quick and clean
So disappointed. We got two Boston Creme donuts and neither had any creme inside. They didn't even have a hole where they would... have filled them up. Unfortunately, we were already home when we figured it out, or we would have asked for our moneyback. **Update: I thought we would try again, just to give them a second chance, but I am not sure that was a good idea. Weordered 5 donuts: 1vanilla creme, 2 Boston cremes, and 2 chocolate iced donuts. The 2 iced donuts that we got were not even thesame (see photo), and the amount of icing on all of them was different. Consistency should not be different by that much. This dunkin has come a long way. Not sure if new staff or manager but things have improved there. Its always so busy in the... drive through but they are always careful to get my order right and try to be quick as they can being so overwhelmed withtraffic. Friendly too. I will say though that they need to put up a sign to pull up and park next to the guard rail for the lineto continue instead of people out in the street blocking traffic and almost causing an accident. Aaron and Bobby are amazing! My coffee was made correctly the first time around. They didn't get upset with my requests and... stayed friendly and patient the entire time! Definitely recommend, especially the night shift. ???????????? Read more
Sadly, like most places now.. lack of good service .. there were like three people with 30 plus cars in line... Seems to be the... young 20-year-olds who are being paid $7 who actually worked the manager when I came to the counter told me it would be betterjust to get back in line in the car what??? Read more
