Pretty terrible experience. Went to drivethrough, got ignored for more than 5 minutes. Gave up and went inside (giving them... benefit of the doubt maybe they were short staffed) nope. Not even close. 10+ people working at the same time. 3 people withhead sets on. Was waited on by a lady named Laura who I politely asked why we got ignored as they're currently takingdrivethrough orders, she laughs it off and ignores me. We wait another 10 minutes for her to hand me my simple 2 sandwiches andfries. From my research, Laura is a manager. She does not deserve that position if she is going to act like that and not haveher employees answer people when they hear that ding. Not to mention she was wearing ear buds while on the floor. Went there ordered a whopper combo when we pulled around and paid the lady came back to the window and said the broiler just... went down if you wanna wait about 10 minutes we will have it up and food ready. We said ok and pulled around to wait for ourorder. 10 minutes goes by and the lady comes out and says sorry but the broiler is still not working. We refunded your money andyou can keep the drink. She was apologetic... But BK you wonder why you have stores closing left and right when you only havetwo employees at a time... Maybe make your franchise owners stop being absent business owners and get out there and help til youget people... So Disappointed Read more

The carbonation to their drink machine is broken.. I was in the drive thru at the speaker the person said hold on a sec so I did... and 10 minutes later my order was taken. I sat in the drive thru for over 20 mins total then when I finally got my food it HADHAIR!! So that's big ol nope from me.. Read more

I work in the drive thru usually 11-4 every day but Wednesdays and Sundays. We are severely under staffed, and most of the time... I am working drive thru and front counter by myself. That's 4 positions I'm covering at once, thus the slower service. But youcan count on me to be very polite, and efficient. I have at least one customer a day tell me how much they appreciate mykindness and hard work. I am never rude to a customer, even if they are mean to me. I understand the frustration, but pleaseknow, if you come while I'm there, I will treat you with the utmost respect, if I know you've been waiting awhile, I will talkto you about what I'm doing so you know I'm not ignoring you. I get a good pace going through all 4 positions, and even thoughthe service isn't the fastest, I feel I do a pretty good job at keeping things rolling at a good pace. For those commenting onhow rude the employees are, I can guarantee you that it was not me. I have more class than that. You never know what the otherperson is going through, so I'm very understanding, and am nice to everyone. I have much love for the customers that thank me,and see that I'm trying my best, and my work ethics are appreciated and especially to those who said I made their day. Placed order inside end up getting wrong order after driving home 20 so min. Told they wouldn't replace it. Bring back 1... sandwich and receipt to show what I received to get told that they can't fix the order and put words in my mouth saying I gaveher the wrong order. Couldn't fix order, Couldn't substitute for something else, was hung up on phone by Brian. Store managerneeds to learn customer service. Sandwiches squished and imprinted with palm. Place is a joke.
