This place has definitely went down, food has gone down and the bowling and there leagues are terrible not to mention how they... constantly bash smaller bowling ally like T&N lanes for no reason even know T&M lanes in Brunswick Ohio is a much better andfamily owned bowling ally with great food not just you garbage bowling ally food like the AMF lanes, the staff is also so rudeevery time I go into the establishment but T&M lanes is always friendly and has a way better atmosphere an all around better.Don?t go here literally go anywhere else Read more
Large and open with plenty of room to move and meet friends yet intimate enough to not be a cold and lost in space. With the ... bar tucked close around the right corner you'll have good ability to navigate the drinks and fun to and from the lanes. Bringyour date your family your bestie! Just want to take a minute about the staff! Annette in the kitchen is the nicest lady very attentive, great with younger kids..... she is an asset to the company Mike the manager is a great worker devoted guy! (So is the rest) Samantha in the kitchen is veryfriendly and tries her best to make sure food is there in a jiffy with large crowds. Tyler is also very devoted and attentivealways helping and giving a cheerful hand! Sheronn does an excellent job as well as the bar tenders very polite CLEAN place andgreat for the FAMILY!! Read more
I like this bowling alley. I think the normal day price is kind of high. If you go in the small time window when it is cheaper... it is not bad. Staff is friendly and place is tidy. Read more

My wife had a small birthday gathering here for my birthday (keep in mind this was a Wednesday evening). The staff is very... friendly at this location, however the AMF branding makes it very difficult to do business with them. My wife paid close to$250 for 11 people to bowl on 2 lanes for 2 hours. We purchased probably close to $100 in drinks, however when the 2 hour markcame we had 2 frames left to play. Hoping the establishment would be friendly and accommodating to let us finish our game,given all the purchases we made, they said "corporate would not allow them". I would understand if this was a weekend, or ifthe place was packed with people waiting, but being a Wednesday night, the place was at 60% capacity best. The girls at thedesk asked the manager if they could extend us, but said he could not due to policy, or we could pay $80 for another hour. Avoid this establishment for parties and other gatherings, as you would be better suited supporting a local alley that isn'tconfined to the rules and policies of the franchise "AMF". I find it in this day in age of good customer service, a few clickson your computer to extend our game wouldn't be that challenging, but apparently "the system" controls all from a distance. Nice facility. Everything seemed to be kept up pretty well. I just have to give it a 2 star solely for the price of everything. ... The cost to bowl at any AMF establishment is astronomical compared to its competitors. Charging $7.14 a game is thievery. Iwould love to support AMF. However, I can?t justify spending $150.00 for five people to bowl 4 games.. I would like to go hereoften, but can?t financially justify paying double for the same product as competitors. I understand they have deals on certaindays. However, it?s during the most inconvenient hours possible. Hopefully the managers see all the other reviews stating thesame problem that I have. Bowling is supposed to be a fun/cheap family activity? Please management of AMF.. don?t give peoplecanned responses such as, ?we strive to give the best service?blah blah blah?. Had a kids birthday party here and it was awesome great staff. Now I want to have my daughters party here. Great prices.
