I wish I could give zero stars to this disgusting location. Absolutely terrible service, and they never cease to trash my order... every time. Even when specified allergies they still make it wrong. Awful experience here. It took them 35 minutes to prepare our meal. My kids quesadilla wasn?t even edible as it was obviously... cooked first and then just sat there. Two other dine in meals were completed before ours as well as several skip meals. Theyouth at the end said sorry for the wait but we were basically ignored the entire time and no one enjoyed their freezing coldfood. $50 for food no one could eat and a 35 min wait. Absolutely abysmal service. Slow drive thru line. Usually when you mess up an order and someone calls to tell you that they... can?t eat it due to an allergy you try to address the problem by maybe offering credit, or asking if I?d like to return for acorrect version. Nope. I was told ?well I guess you can file a complaint to head office if it?s a big deal?. When I spend 13$ ona burrito I want to eat it. Just the worst, do better. Read more
I ordered a beef taco salad through skip, and specifically asked for ?no cheese, no salad toppers, extra lettuce - please!?... which was all highlighted off by the person who checked my order? and my salad was COVERED in cheese. My son has a cows milkprotein allergy and I?m breastfeeding, which means I cannot have ANY dairy. I spent 10 minutes picking every last piece ofcheese off of my salad because someone was careless (at 9pm no less, so I guarantee they weren?t slammed). I used drive thru. The wait to order was close to 4 minutes that?s after waiting for the vehicle in front of me to wait at least... that to place his order. I asked for salt in my bag twice when I ordered once originally and reminded her again after she readback my order and missed it(they ask what condiments you want, I like this as it cuts down on waste) and then at the window Ihad to ask again. The lady I ordered from was harsh and rushed and seemed very flustered. The gentleman that took my payment waspleasant. My extra crispy Deluxe mexi fries were incredible as always. I tried the chicken quesadilla for the first time, whata mistake. The chicken was very dry and tasteless, it was dark meat, for some reason I expected white meat. The side of sourcream was half the size it should be and I feel that there was too much cheese in comparison to the rest of the ingredients. Idon?t recommend the chicken quesadilla it was definitely the worst one I?ve ever had. Update: I was contacted by Taco time andwas offered an apology, an explanation (not an excuse) a solution and a coupon. I appreciate the follow up and the customerservice. My next visit was way better? although I?ll not order the chicken quesadilla, the picture shows white meat and itdefinitely isn?t white meat in the quesadilla, that?s just a personal preference not a reflection of the quality. This was a disapointing lunch experience. We ordered classic beef borritos and were given exactly the same fillings as a... taco. When questioned the staff informed us that was correct and not a mistake. We also asked for a fork and were told by thestaff member that he was on a break with a big sigh and then got us one. Wow. This Taco Time always nails it and my order tonight was no exception. Always friendly, and accurate orders... on a take out... order packaging is important and I have to say this was the most thoughtfully packed order I've ever seen. The food was fresh,hot, delicious and exactly what I ordered. I have to say, that time and time again this location serves up accountability, andthat means alot these days in the food industry - where many places take for granted the money spent for meals out.
