Lady messed up my order. People behind me received their beverage before mine. It happens sometimes but she argued with me... that I had two drinks! I only got mine single beverage because a lady with the same first name as mine did a mobile order. Iwas there for almost a half hour. Read more

I would have gave it 0 star but not an option. Waited 15 minutes while others were getting served that ordered after me , even... one of the employees. Ordered a pumpkin chai with oat milk for my friend that has a dairy allergy , (the girl who took our order knows us and doesn't... like the friend we are ordering for) saw on the screen oat milk wasn't entered so asked at the window to confirm that it wasbeing made with oat milk both the manager and the employee who took our order confirmed it was oat milk, however it was not. Wefeel it was purposefully made wrong and if so we are very disappointed at how unprofessional the employee was. Will not becoming back if personal vendettas get in the way of good service. Read more
On June 19, 2022. I mobile order my drink and they got it wrong 2 times on the second time the young blonde girl got really rude... toward my husband and I and rolled her eyes at us. Like we did something wrong. Never going back. Even though I go 4-5 time aweek. I will go to 13ave one. Read more

I get coffees here often and the staff are always super friendly and accommodating. Today I accidentally ordered my mobile order... to the other store on Trans Canada. When I realized it, the woman at the front was so nice about it. She asked me what my orderwas and made it promptly and said she would let the other one know. It made my morning. Thanks to her, and all the staff formaking mornings better! Read more
