After all the years of being open, 45-min to an hour for pickup or an hour and a half to 2 hrs for delivery minimum you might... want to finally hire more people! I don't get pizzas that often but when I do I have always gone to Morgan's Pizza for quite a few years and always thought they... were the best. A couple of months ago when I ordered a pizza, I always pick up, not delivered..I was very disappointed with it. There was very little cheese on it and over baked. I over looked it knowing that things can't be perfect each time. A week ago,Monday 05/30/22 I called in for another order and should have checked it before paying and leaving. After I got home and openedthe box I knew right away that it won't be that good. The crust was totally burned black and the small slices of ham were curledup and also burned, and the pizza itself was very dry. I will take part of the blame because I did call her and tell her I willbe a bit later to pick it up and not to keep it in the warming oven because it would be cold by the time I get home anyway, Ialso mentioned at the time of ordering not to bake it totally thru. Once again it was very disappointing, had one slice and therest went into the garbage. Maybe it's under new ownership or the staff or girl there at the time don't care, but one thing issure, I will never go back there again. I can overlook once but not twice and definitely not take a 3rd chance. I'm sure thereare other places in Medicine Hat who make great pizzas. Read more
So happy we received a gift card for here, otherwise it wouldn't be on our regular places to eat. We will definitely be ordering... from here again. Service is quick and friendly. 10% off orders of $20 for pick up is great. We ordered a 14 inch for the 2 ofus and have leftovers for lunch the next day. We had the all meat special which is loaded with meat and very tasty. It is justpick up or delivery so keep that in mind. Read more
Best pizza in Medicine Hat. It was fantastic when it was Dale's, and they carried that quality when they took over. The toppings... are high quality, there's a generous amount of toppings too. Crust is like homemade, light, airy and not greasy. Comparable withfranchise pizzas in cost (often cheaper), minus the plastic-y cheese and cheap ingredients. I won't order from anyone else.Customer service is too shelf too. They're local!!! Keep up the fantastic work you guys, and I'll keep ordering. Read more
