I just did the drive thru. I asked for a large bucket of all dark meat chicken. They said it would take some time but I was... willing to wait. One of the girls was nice enough to come out to my truck part way through and explain why it was taking solong, and even offered me a beverage. I thought she went the extra mile for her customer service. I wish I had got her name sothat I could have mentioned it here so she could be recognized because I think it is taken for granted sometimes. Read more
We were at KFC on Sept 23 ?21 to pickup an 18 Pce Bucket of Chicken to take to fellow medical colleagues as we?re working across... Alberta due to staff shortages! I?ve patronized many KFCs but the Crescent Heights location in Medicine Hat was my 1st time. Ifwe weren?t already needed in another town?s medical centre; I?d?ve returned the entire bucket. Chicken was tasteless, fat toochewy, skin was overly greasy & simply not cooked enough! I called on the 23rd, left a message & 0 response. I called again onOct 13 ?21, spoke with Katy who assured me she?d have the Owner/Manager call by the 15th, yet 0 response to date! I recalledtoday, Oct 22 ?21 & 0 answer nor ability to leave a message. One month! Unacceptable! Product is unsatisfactory! Plus notcontacting Consumers is unprofessional! Poor Business Etiquette! We had also picked up 2 Buckets of Chicken from Popeyes inSouthlands, which were delicious 10/10, again 1st time patronizing not only this location, but any Popeyes store! I will now becontacting KFC HO! You have a business, then produce quality products & appreciate Customers! This location does neither! My worst experience at a KFC ever, started off with only 3 people inside all were skip people, and we were told they were at... capacity and to go through drive thru pretty rudely, drive through took forever because they were pushing everyone there, foodwas so cold and awful and the order wasn?t even right, wouldn?t recommend the one in crescent heights go to the hat you?ll getbetter service and food. I will never go to KFC again. I am sick of their "Bait and Switch " scam. I placed my order at the drive-thru and wasn't a... problem until she asked if I had a coupon. When I said, "yes" she told me all they had was dark meat. This is not the firsttime they did this to me. But it is the last. Read more
Never had such horrible service. Was told there would be 15-20 minute wait for my food and after I wait 15 minutes to pay for my... food they ask me to pull around front and park so I do. After being parked for awhile I call to make sure my food is stillcoming as this is getting pathetic and the lobby is now closed and drive thru is only open, the guy who picked up was rude andonce he finally brought out my food he basically threw it in my window and walked away without saying a word. Then I get home touncooked chicken. Biggest waste of time and money, never will I return to this location. Get some better customer service. Read more
