EDIT: Just picking up Hats for dinner 2nite. Cannot wait. TRUE authentic food , friendliest employees. Don't worry they will... understand your words on the phone. Was going to take pics of the food but honestly...it smelt too alluring. We got 3x almondchicken...one of Hats many masterpieces... Ginger beef - no, NOBODY ELSE MAKES BETTER GINGER BEEF Beef and broccoli - verygood. The veggies are superb, beef is take it or leave it... Helpful hint: If you're looking for true flavor, order Hats ownfried rice. You can taste the decades of mastery in their rice. The chicken, beef rices are normal almost lacking ...avoid thechicken mushroom rice. It's weird. Mushrooms were under done. Not much else going for it. Go with the chefs best-Hat SpecialFried rice, save beef or chicken for the kids.. PREVIOUS POST: You wanna have the best food in town? Hat's. You wanna impresssomeone with food from Medicine Hat? Just finished with what they say to order if you are not sure... Dont get a Dinner for 'x' - order thedish and get it as it's meant to be. Big difference. The smorgasbord is still good too which is much cheaper. It is everydaytill 8pm. Hat's is not cheap. But they are good and fast. See attached menu. Expect to spend $75 if ordering for 2-3. Disgusting! Over priced for what you get! Everything was Dry and Hard as rocks! Everything! except the spring roll, which was... so Soggy because the buy the Cheap Frozen one from Superstore! Never again! Medicine Hat has very LOW Standards! Read more
If it wasn?t bad enough that a severe food allergy was not taken serious that could have had a severe consequence; the quality... of food has taken a nose dive too!! We order a dinner for 3. The food was horrendous. The food was cold. The rice was hard. The dried ribs tasted like a... tablespoon of flour. I recommend if you are ordering from this restaurant. Look for another restaurant. Be ashamed of yourfood Read more
Gave them a second chance at delivery. It was New Years Eve. My Bday. We ordered early in the afternoon. Food arrived late... again, and was nice and cold again. Order was wrong.
