Extremely disrespectful, aggressive, and verbally violent staff. I do not whatsoever recommend this location. Nothing against... the actual company, the staff are just horrible. They use unnecessary verbal aggression and become publicly and loudly violent(verbally) in front of the entire restaurant. Do not eat here! Worst experience(s) I have ever had at a food place. I?m a little skeptical of five guys because the ones in BC have really gone downhill with quality and atmosphere. They used to... yell your order and be quite lively before, which is exactly how I felt coming into this location. Even later at night they werevery friendly and put out fresh fries. I forgot how good this place was. We hadn't been since it first came to Medicine Hat. The restaurant was very clean and the... staff was very friendly and helpful. While we were eating I noticed someone was always doing something, cleaning or restockingthe peanuts. The spicy fries were our favorite and not "too" spicy just really flavorful. Please note however, if you havenever been and have a peanut allergy this is not the place for you as they offer free peanuts while you wait. You help yourselfto the peanuts at the front of the store so there will be peanut oil, dust, peanuts, etc everywhere. Read more
This is the second time I was disappointed. I drove to the destination to order as last time when I ordered online, it took... 30minutes to wait for food to be made in the store. Tonight they gave me half my order after 20 minutes of waiting and it wasempty inside. They then took another 15minutes to give me the rest of my order. I watched the guy stand around and do nothingfor 15minutes and then it got busy and everyone after me got their orders. It's like children are running loose and nosupervisor is around to manage these kids. Terrible customer service and quality of food is sub par. Read more
I've never had a bad experience here! I've enjoyed the hamburgers, fries, peanuts, & hot dogs before. Today, I had the poutine... & the milkshake. Five Guys Headquarters, you've got to start supplying the franchises with gluten-free buns! Read more
