It was our first time at Fatburger Medicine Hat. The service was great letting us sample wing sauce to help us decide what... flavors to get. The lemon pepper wings were great! The burger was big and good. The onion rings were onion rings but nothingspecial as were the deep fried pickles. Our drink was refilled and they checked in on us to make sure everything was ok. Usually have a good experience here except the last time..a few nights ago I had ordered a double fat cheese meal, and some... wings and when I got to the store, to my surprise the employee cooking my burger had no hair net or gloves on.. which I kindsquestioned but never said anything but after I got home and my wife bit into her burger and pulled a long hair out of hermouth???????????.. I had a poutine and a bacon cheese burger. The poutiine was way too salty and the gravy was horrible it tasted like it had been... cooking for days. Thank you Robin and Andrea for the great service recieved today. The chicken tenders were hot, tasty, and fresh along with the... fries. I agree with the fries being not too salty, they were perfect. Everything was good today for our takeout lunch. Inaddition, I tried one of their Spring Duo Burger lineups. Today I had the new Cajun BBQ burger which includes 1/4 lb Albertabeef patty with Swiss cheese, crispy onion ring, lettuce, Cajun BBQ sauce and mayo.
