Have always enjoyed the food here but so sad they discontinued the potato skins (which were the best in the city)
Can?t even make a simple poutine, soggy fries- soaked in gravy. Lazy
The new menu has been stripped of all the best and most interesting stuff; the new burgers are nearly devoid of veggies; their... "tossed side salad" was just some lettuce & chopped tomatoes; their new ice cream sauces are significantly lower quality. Allthe prices seem to have gone up - a family of 3 cost almost $60 for a burger & ice cream each. We won't be back. Read more
This place has terrible customer service. Making me pay for something I didn't even order. They gave me a billizard saying it's... mine. So I took it, and they gave me another one cause they gave me the wrong one and they made me pay for it. And when I wentto pay for it even tho I shouldn't. They employees at the back were talking bad about me and calling me names. What kind ofemployee bad mouths their customers up front. And making me pay for their own mistakes. Terrible workers. Very disappointing I went for the first time to this location. The cashier wasn't friendly at all and I asked for fresh fries... and onion ring but she gave me awful, saggy and too salty fries. I was in the store around 3.30 pm. Read more

Every time I come to this location something is wrong. The raspberry fudge bliss was my favorite, but when you have to... specifically say "lots of extra raspberry" to even get it made half decent it's an issue. One time there was not even raspberryat all. Today I went to try a Choco dip strawberry blizzard, and somehow I end up with a strawberry cheesecake.
